Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on TNB33. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, payment methods, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. TNB33 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings.
The following persons are not eligible to register or hold an Account: (a) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from TNB33; (b) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of TNB33 and its affiliated entities; (c) persons previously banned by TNB33 for terms violations.
To access Real Money Play, all Players must complete the registration process and, prior to their first withdrawal, successfully pass TNB33's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. TNB33 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account in the Player's name. TNB33 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, VIP rewards, and referral programmes. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual offers.
Promotions are available to eligible registered Players only. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, household, IP address, and payment method. TNB33 reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.
Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, hedge betting, or systematic bonus exploitation — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. TNB33 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and close the Account of any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
TNB33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already legitimately claimed and actively in use at the time of modification, unless exceptional circumstances require otherwise.

All games offered on the TNB33 platform are sourced from internationally certified game studios whose random number generator (RNG) systems are independently tested and audited. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game round, TNB33 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Sports Betting Rules, the Sports Betting Rules shall prevail in respect of sports wagering matters.

A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting TNB33 customer support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance will be returned to the Player subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and satisfactory KYC verification.
TNB33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to pass KYC verification; breach of applicable laws; technical or operational necessity; or at the direction of a licensing authority.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, TNB33 reserves the right to void and forfeit any Bonus Funds, bonus-derived winnings, and — in cases of material fraud or abuse — any Balance held in the Account. The Player will be notified of such action and the basis for it.
All content on the TNB33 Platform — including but not limited to the TNB33 brand name, logo, website design, interface elements, text, graphics, game assets (as licensed from third-party studios), and software — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and is the property of TNB33 or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of TNB33.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TNB33, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; interruption of service; or any outcome of gaming or betting activity.
